Nice, spacious, lighty and quiet flat by the sea in Vilassar de Mar, nice, charming and small village 25 minutes from Barcelona (connected by train or bus). The flat is in a 6th real floor with seaviews, 2 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes walking to the bus and trains stations and village center (that is why it is such a quiet place). It has around 80 sqm, 1 bedroom with doublebed, 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds, 1 bedroom with 1 individual bed, 1 big bathroom, 1 big kitchen and 1 big terrace with 1 table and 5 chairs. Fully equiped and with TV, DVD, wi/fi, hi/fi, iPod connexion. No a/c. Parking for 1 car and access to a private swimming-pool (shared with the neighbours).

From the Barcelona airport you can arrive by train in 50 minutes (20 minutes Airport-Barcelona, and 30 minutes Barcelona-Vilassar). I can arrange somebody to pick you up at the train station and take you to the flat to avoid the 10 minute walking under the sun with the luggage. It is 1 hour away from Girona airport by car/taxi.

It is ideal for a 4 to 5 people family or friends, or 2 couples, who want to stay in a nice and quiet Catalan village by the beach with the flexibility to be able to go to Barcelona at any moment in less than 30 minutes.

I am renting it only for the week of 7-14 august because I am leaving on vacation that week. I could consider to come back 1 or 2 days later if your dates suit better.
