We have a well-maintained, fully furnished 2+1 condo at The Warren located just 100 metres from Choa Chu Kang MRT/bus interchange available as homestay for overseas students. Should you know of any of parents looking for local guardianship and accommodation for their children around this vicinity, please feel free to contact us.

Besides MRT and bus interchange, there are many other amenities nearby such as library, supermarket, food outlets, convenience shops, dental, 24-hours clinics etc. The students can also enjoy the use of condo facilities such as tennis courts, swimming pools, bbq pits, gym and fitness corner.  Close proximity to great schools and tuition/enrichment course centers, with Warren Golf and Country Club and a connecting park with jogging track just a stone away.

Besides optional guardian service, welfares for the students staying with us include the following:
1) Air-conditioned room and comfortable bed provided.
2) Ample built-in wardrobe for storage.
3) Two home cooked nutritious meals per day during weekdays, three meals per day during weekends.
4) Clean, quiet and safe environment for study.
5) Laundry service provided.
6) Free usage of the swimming pool, gym and exercise area provided in the condominium.
7) Every weekend, if weather and school schedule permit, an outing/event will be organised by the Host in consultation with the students. Should any additional cost involved, prior permission will be obtained from the parents.
8) An excellent chance for the students to practice their language skills and vocabulary in a friendly and informal setting. Close guidance and care by the Host to help the students adapt well being away from home country and to live in harmony with students of different cultures and background, exchanging learning experience.

Besides English, Mandarin, Cantonese, we are also conversant in elementary Japanese.  Thus parents can express their requirements in any language they are most comfortable in. We clearly understand the concerns parents have for their children thus customised arrangement can be done to ensure their children get the most appropriate care and guidance during their stay with us.
