Nice modern house, located in colonial city Merida yucatan, the house is located in the modern part of the city with easy access to the ruins, beach, downtown merida, haciendas, and all the things the area has to offer, the house is fully furnished with all the conforts, all the bedrooms have a/c, the master bedroom has a jaccuzi in the bathroom, there are 2 flat tv panels, 1 normal tv, stereo, the kitchen has microwave, convection oven, juice extractor, all the appliances you may need, washer and dryer. The house has a lovely pool, with cascade, and pad pool, a nice terrace, two rooms have balconies, the garage has electric door, and a nice garden too.
