The property is in the Valley arcade area in the city of Nairobi, Kenya. This is a quiet neighborhood that borders Lavington Green, Kileleshwa and Kilimani neighbourhoods.

It's a 3-bedroomed house with ONE ensuite room with it's own toilet and bath plus a walk-in closet.

The house is approximately 15 minutes away from the CBD by public transport.

The Valley Arcade shopping centre is within walking distance of the house. At the shopping centre, there is a supermarket, butchery selling seafood, red meats and white meats, 3 cafe's, 2 pubs, a gas station and a salon/barber shop.

Nearest malls are: Yaya Centre which is about 7 minutes away by public means AND The Junction which features a 4 screen cinema, the biggest supermarket chain in Kenya, a gourmet coffee house and an Italian restaurant.

Attractions of interest that are nearby include Aboretum Gardens. Other attractions that are easily accessible include the Nairobi National Wildlife Park and the National Museums of Kenya.

I am also a member of a country club that offers golf, tennis, squash, swimming and indoor games. I am willing to take my guests to the club upon payment of the guest fees which is currently at US$50 per day for golf and US$8 per day for other sports.
