I have my own ensuite off my master bedroom so the successful candidate would share the 2 remaining bathrooms with 1 other roommate.

There are two living areas with TV enjoyment. I have a cat so you must like and care about animals. HUGE fenced in yard for summer fun. Plenty of parking available.

No drugs, no parties, limited overnight guests. I am a working professional female who is artistic and hardworking.

I prefer long stay students. I will accept students, homestay & professional working people. I prefer female but will consider male too ;) I prefer non smoking. I have experience with multicultural people. If you are respectful and a decent human being we will get on great.

Standard tenant agreement along with 3 references. Damage deposit is required $450 which will be placed in an interest accruing bank account and returned when term is over.
