Upper class neighbourhood in Fraser Heights, Surrey BC, 30 min from downtown Vancouver by car. Close to all tourist attractions, bus lines and train. 2hrs to Whistler, 3hrs to Victoria, 30 min to USA boarder. We have a beautiful 4400sf home on a large fenced lot, great neighbours and a safe neighbourhood within 10 min walk to market, coffee shops, restraunts and rec. centre

We are an experienced homestay family with more than 70 students between the ages of 10 - 27 staying at our home. Most of our homestays come from previous homestay referals, the reason we charge $1000 a month is because of how much we do with our students and teach them. I have taught ESL and enjoy teaching our students about Canadian culture. Our room is exceptionally large and can accomodate 3 people, we also include 3 meals a day. We are within a 20 min bus ride to King George International College - Surrey Campus, as well as several other ESL colleges in the area. I can send more pictures at your request
