English-speaking and BC born family with two small children. Must be quite, clean and responsible. Room for two students. Students provided with private, furnished bedrooms. Students share private bathroom and large furnished family room and study area. Meals include self-serve breakfast, dinner and snacks. Student family room furnished with TV, Cable, DVD, and wireless internet connection. Private entrance. Shared laundry. 15 min bus ride to Skytrain (to New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver) or West Coast Express (Downtown Vancouver) $700/month. References required and will be checked.
