Beautifully maintained home. 3 bedrooms available for homestay; single/double occupancy. 2 or 3 meals provided;$750/$850. Clean home, great location. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to bus stops, shopping, recreation centres, cinema, parks, library, restaurants.I have a very nice house in a great neighbourhood in North Vancouver. The bus is just half a block away which will take you to seabus accross the water to downtown. Our local mountains are 20 min. away by bus!
Your room will have a comfortable bed, bedside table, desk with lamp and chair, dresser and closet. The bathroom will be shared between yourself and one other student. Laundry facilities are provided. I don't mind if you smoke, but you must do so outside. We are a young family and look forward to meeting you! |
