Exchange Zones

I have a very nice house in a great neighbourhood in North Vancouver. The bus is just half a block away which will take you to seabus accross the water to downtown. You will be downtown in 30 mins from my front door. Grouse mountain is 20 mins away for skiing and snowboarding. Recreation centres also close by. Your room will have a comfortable bed, bedside table with alarm clock, desk with lamp and chair, dresser and closet. The bathroom is beside your room and will be shared between yourself and one other student. I will provide breakfast, packed lunch, and snacks for 700 and 3 meals for 750. I also have an extra kitchen downstairs that you may use if you wish. If no meals are wanted to be provided I can negotiate the price. Laundry facilities and detergent are also provided. If you wish me to do your laundry that is ok. I don't mind if you smoke, but you must do so outside. I have high speed internet that is shared with family. There are two livingrooms with tv dvd and fireplace. One upstairs and one downstairs. You may use the main entrance to my home, or if you prefer there is a private entrance in back. I respect your privacy and at the same time invite you to participate in my family's activites if you wish. I love to cook and welcome your recipies as well.:)
