We live in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver BC.Our home is a short walk to many things.
Our home is close to a recreation centre with a gym, pool, & skating rink, Lynn valley Centre is also a short 10 miniute walk.
The local highschools...Sutherland & Argyle Secondary are walking distance.
Eastview Elememtary School is also close (our daughter attends there)
Capilano College is a 20 miniute bus ride, on the #210 & same goes for the trip to downtown=)
We have three small dogs & three cats.
Our home is NON-SMOKING & we have no food restrictions.

Our home is a safe & secure, clean place for a student to feel at home in=)

The Homestay fee is in canadian dollars,

this includes;
three meals...breakfast, lunch & dinner.

It provides a beautifully decorated room with clean linens.Laundry is done once a week.
A TV & DVD & stereo are available in all the rooms. Wireleess internet is available with a laptop.
A shared bathroom between the students.

We will host ages 13-28,.male or female
We ask that you respect our property but make our home your own.

First months homestay is due upon booking as deposit.....
30 days is required for notice of moving out of house.
A $500.00 security deposit is also required this will be returned when you move out. (providing there is no damage or longdistance charges)
