Experienced Homestay Family with large rural home on 2.5 acres North of Ladysmith, Vancouver Island, 10 min from beach. Two friendly dogs/ three cats. Grandma is bit forgetful, not very mobile, but loves visiting. We are also members of WWOF Canada. NON-SMOKING HOME/PROPERTY. Not vegetarian, but can accommodate vegetarians if they are ok with meat on the table. We hike, fish, camp. Members Scouts Canada (Ian) & Guides Canada (Christine & Heather). Christine has teaching experience, and we all can help a guest learn English. Come stay with us...be part of our Canadian family! We are 1 1/2 hours from Victoria, 2 hours from skiing at Mt Washington (winter only), and a 2 hour ferry ride from Vancouver. Rates negotiable depending on services requested.
