Hello!
We are a nice young family with a spare FURNISHED room for rent to student. Rent includes the use of a private unattached bathroom, as well as all utilities, cable, phone (+long distance)and high speed internet access (which is not in the room but on the same floor. for a homestay student we can include food for an additional fee (for example we charge $600/month to include dinner).
We are located close to hwy exit 92 and right on the transit route. It should be very easy to get to UFV from out house and we do have an outdoor parking space available if needed.
