Shitoshii Ryokan
Situated in the leafy suburbs of Glen Waverley the Shitoshii Ryokan offers mature Japanese visitors to Melbourne, Australia self contained, secure and private accommodation.
It is in walking distance of Glen Waverley Railway station, the last stop on the Glen Waverley line from the city of Melbourne and within walking distance of a Tramline service to the city and a variety of Bus Services to other areas.
We are close to many amenities at Glen Waverley with a reasonable size shopping area providing many types of food, clothing and footwear. It also contains cinemas, and a number of restaurants, (including Japanese)

Monash University is a short bus ride away and the Shitoshii Ryokan would be an ideal position for Japanese parents wishing to visit their student children or grandchildren studying at Monash

The Ryokan main sitting room is an eight Tatami sized area plus a six Tatami sized bedroom containing a double bed. Off the main area are a kitchen, TV room and bathroom containing a shower, bath and toilet; all are self-contained for private use.

Air Conditioning, a Refrigerator and Hot plates for cooking along with a number of kitchen appliances are also available to make your stay more pleasurable.

Transfers from and to the airport can be arranged at an agreeable rate, there is a number of sight seeing tours available and information can be found at the Melbourne Tourist information centre.
