Guest Quarters @ The House of the Rising Sun, sit's above the main villa with your own private entranceway and parking area. Just 10 metres to the warm tropical waters of the Pacific.
The apt has 2 bedrooms, but another bedroom and en-suite can be made available downstairs, although, the living area is a tad to small for more than 4 guests.
If unable to swap, the apt is for holiday rental.
There is a very unique pool for our guests use, however, it is not fenced, so possibly unsuitable for small children

We have done over 20 exchanges world wide. Love the concept, but in the past 5 years we have been let down 3 times (after we have bought the air tickets) If there's the slightest possibility, you will not wish to proceed, it's best we don't communicate in the first place. We appreciate last minute things can and do happen. But 3 times has made us very nervous, as it's an expensive exercise buying airfares.
