Our home is spacious (3,000 square feet) and child friendly. It is tri-level with 4 bedrooms. One is a nursery with a crib that can be changed to a double bed. There is a second bedroom with a twin bed. The master suite has it's own private bathroom and the 4th bedroom is also the office with a futon. There is a bathroom next to it. We also have a large formal sitting room with a pull out bed in the sofa to accommodate two more people. We have beautiful views of local mountains from every window. Our house has been renovated with all new appliances and opens into the family room.
We live on a cul-de-sac in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. We are surrounded by mountains and have an elevation that allows for a bit of snow in the winter though we are an hour from Palm Springs. Also in about one hour drive you can arrive to all the fun and adventure you can imagine, from surfing in the ocean to rock climbing in the desert to skiing or snow boarding in the mountains. We also have access to many nearby theme parks including Disneyland. Redlands (about 15 minutes drive) provides all the local pleasures of boutique shopping, local farmer's market, and all types of restaurants. About 5 minutes from our home is Oak Glen a lovely village dedicated to apples and the like. We love to take our kids to the jamboree each month for mountain music and great food--even square dancing. In the town of Yucaipa you can do all of your grocery shopping, attend the gym, and all routine errands. We also have mountain bikes you are welcome to use and bike to secluded trails. This area is wonderful for providing a variety of terrain and activities. Come and enjoy!
