Lakefront Cottage in Southern Maine.
The cottage comes with a fire pit, two adult bikes, a private dock with two kayaks and a canoe along with all the required life jackets. Swimming is great and warm from early June on because it is a lake - it also has a shallow wade-in area next to the dock and the cottage full stocked with games and videos. There is a four poster quilted bed as well as a two twin bed bedroom.

The cottage is two hours from Boston, and is quite centrally located evenly between the coast and ocean and the mountains making it a perfect base for day trips all around. It is 45 minutes from Kennebunkport, 45 minutes from Portland, 35 minutes from Old Orchard Beach, 45 minutes from North Conway, NH and 45 minutes from Wolfeboro, NH. Only 30 minutes from York, Biddeford and one hour from Kittery and Portsmouth, NH.
