Microwave, toaster and blender in the kitchen, all cookware and utensils included. Mail drop & trash chute conveniently located on each floor. Washer and dryer in the basement.

Washington DC is a small yet vibrant city, friendly & welcoming to travelers. Our neighborhood is green and quiet, yet close to the epicenter of the city. Five minutes walk to metro, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping. Only 6 blocks from the popular night life of Adams Morgan. Though, a walk through nature is easily accessible with Rock Creek Park close by. Metros/Trains are clean and always on-time; be anywhere in the city within minutes. One metro stop to the U street corridor's music venues & restaurants. Couple of metro stops more and you are in downtown DC - Washington Monument, Capitol building, Lincoln and Jefferson memorials, US Archives, Smithsonian museums, etc... Follow 16th St south, just outside our building, & you'll be right on the White House lawn.
