hi! We are an adventurous early retired couple wishing to swap/exchange homes for vacations and visiting family. We live in a cozy 2 story log cabin set back on a level, fenced-in, wooded lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. WI-FI & SATELITE televison. We have a very quaint country kitchen and a working oak wood electric fireplace. There is a 2 car garage. We have a large in house library, and a stocked aquarium. there is a screened in sun porch in back. Authentic reclaimed barn wood floors. It is on a dead-end road so there is no worry about traffic. We are a mile away from restaurants and shopping. We are dog friendly with a small refundable deposit. We welcome well behaved children too. We can leave you a car if the details are worked out ahead of time. (insurance etc) There is SO SO much to do in this area as its a major tourist destination. We are only a 1 hour drive from Orlando and the airport, or 1/2 hr away from Melbourne Regional Airport which serves all major US carriers. We are 1.5 hours from Cape Canaveral, you can actually see launches right from the yard. 1 Hour from Miami and Lauderdale. 2 hours from west coast florida (tampa, naples, etc) Best of all- a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful pristine beaches of Florida!!
