Hillside guest house--3 miles from ocean--in the hills of Ventura-- sunniest part of the city--30 miles from Santa Barbara--60 miles from Los Angeles--45 minutes from theme park--1 and a half hours from Santa Ynes wine country. These are all day trips that one can do in a day .Since this is a beach city, it has all the ammenities of a beach city.
