Lovely house set in the National Seashore of Cape Cod, with distant views of the Bay and walking distance to an Atlantic Ocean beach. 4BR 2 bathrooms. Close to Provincetown and Wellfleet, accessible by boat to Boston Harbor. A delight in the summer with the constant ocean breeze.
We are about to be empty nesters and would like a swap in Miami for a winter week or 2 , in exchange for our beach house in the summer for a similar amount of time.
