Our beautiful home fits a family very comfortably. Patio outside with a gas grill; one-car garage; finished basement. Central air. Gas fireplace in the family room. You will enjoy your stay in this pleasant environment!
Our house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood right next to a park. Great for kids. Very affordable cost of living. Great location: Steubenville is only 25 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport, which offers cheap direct flights to the entire eastern seaboard. Many restaurants and much shopping by the airport. Pittsburgh has a whole array of fine cultural activities. Beautiful Amish Country is a short drive away, Niagara Falls is only 4.5 hours away, Washington D.C. is 5.5 hours away, Chicago is 7.5 hours, or a cheap short flight, away.

About Home Exchange Owners :

I am a college professor and my wife is an artist. Our four children delight us daily.
We are looking to learn German, so any city in which we could take a language course would work. We are very flexible with dates. Next fall Philip is on break from his job, and we would like to do an exchange anywhere in a country where we can speak German regularly, and take German classes. July to December 2010 is the largest amount of time we can be overseas, and ideally we would like to have an exchange for as much of that time as possible, but we are open to much shorter exchanges as well.
