Sunny and cozy 2-bedroom flat occupying the whole top floor of a 2-story house. (Downstairs is a totally separate, private apartment.) Large living room with entertainment center (big flatscreen internet-enabled TV, cable, DVD, stereo), bedroom with queen-sized bed, 2nd bedroom with double-tall queen-sized air mattress if desired, large eat-in kitchen fully equipped with gourmet cooking gear, laundry room, bathroom with shower and separate tub, front covered porch, and sunny balcony over backyard. Yard is fenced for pets, and has a large picnic table, garden beds, fruit trees, hammocks, etc. Possibly chickens soon, but no roosters! Yard is shared with downstairs tenant, a nice, quiet guy.

The location is great if you like wine! We are right in the middle of many Sonoma Valley wineries and vineyards. Right outside the door you'll find authentic Mexican and California cuisine. One hour from San Francisco, Berkeley, or Oakland. One hour from Point Reyes National Seashore. 45 minutes to Muir Woods, site of gorgeous old-growth redwood forest. Tons of great hiking and biking opportunities, and of course wine-tasting.
