Mature, experienced exchangers with impeccable references, we are two tidy, clean and careful adults who have a great regard for property. Ours is our primary residence, a high end, big-water-view (Puget Sound) home in a desirable West Seattle neighborhood (Fauntlee Hills), above the Fauntleroy Ferry dock. It's just a short walk to two bus lines and a quick 20-minute bus ride to downtown Seattle, a quiet and safe place to headquarter for touring the Pacific Northwest, from British Columbia, Canada to N. California, close to Alki Beach and the jewel of the city: Lincoln Park. Neither husband nor wife smoke; we don’t do drugs, and we don’t “party.” We are looking to make an exchange with same in New York City, and could be flexible on dates.
