Our 2-level, 2-bedroom, and 2.5 bath townhome is located in beautiful Santa Monica on the popular street of Montana Avenue. Our charming neighborhood is filled with boutique shops, great restaurants, local coffee shops, a movie theater, grocery stores, cheese and wine shops, and much, much more - all of which are walking distance away. We are also less than 3 miles away from the Santa Monica Pier, the beach, and the famous Third Street Promenade. Our favorite thing to do is to walk from our place down to the bluff on Ocean Blvd, pick up our favorite cheeses and wine along the way, and have a picnic on the bluff while watching the breathtaking sunset.
We love to cook, so our kitchen is equipped with most modern amenities and an Alex Duetto espresso machine for those who really enjoy their cup of Joe in the mornings. The upstairs balcony is the perfect place to have your breakfast, read the paper, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Other perks include a king-size Heavenly Bed from The Westin Hotel Collection in the master bedroom, downstairs patio with barbecue, large screen TVs, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and a beautiful pool table.
