Our 2,300 sq. ft., light-filled, open-plan 3-bedroom, 2-bath, newer home is available for trade. We are located 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza, just off Old Santa Fe Trail. The house is on 1 acre, has an enclosed back yard and portal with chiminea, and a fireplace in the large living room. Our view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains is outstanding. Excellent appliances, custom-made traditional Santa Fe style furnishings.
Master Bedroom has a newer king bed, large master bath with separate bath and shower facilities from the sink locations.
One bedroom is a girl's room with a newer full bed, complete with sophisticated-looking 4-wall mural of dragonflies and bunnies.
Guest room has a newer queen bed: we use it as our office as well, with custom-fitted new furnishings and set up with wireless.

We used to own an owner-occupied bed and breakfast, so understand what is involved in having people in our private space! We have a cat and a dog.
