Exchange Zones

Hello,

Below are images of our beautiful home, as well as links to some nearby places of interest. We love our home and will respect and care for yours as if it were our own, expecting the same in return. We are interested in exchanging for three weeks, preferably during July but will also look at August. We are a professional and responsible couple. Randall is a therapist and spiritual counselor. Gray is a high school art teacher. We are non-smokers and request that you smoke outside if you do.

The 2500 square foot house has 2 bedrooms and an office that has a futon bed as well. There is an elegant living room, dining room and kitchen, and a large and comfortable family room/den. The home has three bathrooms. Upstairs is the huge master bedroom with lots of windows, balcony and bath, the 2nd bedroom which has two double beds in it and a hand painted action figure mural, and another bath. There is a lovely back yard with mature trees and a front patio as well. Plenty of parking. A tenant lives is a separate studio in the back. If you are traveling with a well-behaved dog, they are welcome.

There is very easy access to the highway to reach the many wonderful destinations of the Bay Area. Marin County is known for it's natural beauty with thousands of acres dedicated as natural parks and preserves. San Francisco is just 20 minutes South. Berkeley is 25 minutes away. The coast at Muir Beach is 25 minutes away.

We are open to exchanging vehicles as well, providing insurance can work out.
