Just minutes to shopping, freeway, parks and open space. Stately, ranch-style home with lush gardens on a quiet cul-de-sac. Dog and family friendly. Featuring 40-foot swimming pool + separate hot tub. Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, big screen TV, baby grand piano. One smaller bedroom with bath has separate private entrance. Lots of off-street parking. Delightful, safe neighborhood. This is our primary residence we'll share with the right people. References required.
