Our home is located in one of the most desirable neighborhood of San Francisco:

Bernal Heights with lovely vistas, friendly neighbors, year around sunny weather. Facing a quiet and well kept park, the house is conveniently very near the shops and restaurants of Cortland avenue. From a couple of windows facing south one may see the Bay. Bernal Hill offers views of downtown San Francisco, East Bay and South Bay, perfect for a stroll any time of day and at Sunset.

The house has 3 small floors with 2 comfortable , elegant bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with tub and shower and a downstairs one more spacious and refined. Also a living room with TV, and a craftsman style dining room.

It is possible to use our car, a well-maintained Ford Focus (stick shift). Driving in the city is increasingly difficult and expensive. A drive across the Golden Gate bridge to Marin County and north to wine country is the best use of auto travel.

Marie-Pierre and Joe have been married for 43 years. We have two grown children.

Marie-Pierre "Mapie"is a retired Montessori teacher. Joe is a NOT retired documentary filmmaker. Mapie is French. Joe is Italian American from Ohio. Mapie is God's gift to food. We like lots of long walks (City, Country, Mountains) lots of movies, lots of museums and galleries. Joe likes basketball (not a bad court in the park). I don't suppose we will divorce.
