Exchange Zones

We have a 560 sq ft. beach cottage, where we live with our with 2 duaghers ages 14 and 15. We have one bedroom with a double bed, and 2 loft beds in the other room. There is a futon that makes into a double bed in the front room. It is a cozy place, but the location is what makes it wonderful. We are 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the bay. The bus is close by, the neighborhood is quiet. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. Rentals are available for boating equipment, surf boards, boogie boards, bicyles, Segway etc. We can also do a car exchange.

We are 10 minutes from Sea World and 15 minutes from Balboa Park (home to numerous museums) and the world famous San Diego Zoo. Downtown with it's many attractions is 15 minutes away too. The Wild Animal Park is 45 minutes away and in 1.5 hours you can be up in the mountains. Disneyland is about 1.5 hours away, Los Angeles is 2 - 3 hours (subject to traffic). You can be in Tijuana, Mexico in 30 minutes.
