Our home is a luxury 3,282 sq ft (one level) home and is located on the Sunbrook golf course. We have beautiful views of the golf course, the Santa Clara River drainage, the Red Rock mountains and Pine Valley Mountain all out the back of the house.

Our home is awesome! It is open and light with large windows. It has a gourmet kitchen open into a dining room which can seat at least 10 people and into the living room with fireplace. Attached to the living room is a side room with bumper pool table. The backyard is the place to hangout! It has a large in ground pool and hot tub with lots of patio furniture and tables and a large grill. We have four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with 10 foot ceilings. The four bedrooms consist of a three queen size beds and a double pull down wallbed (located in the study). Everything is quality finished. There is a three car attached garage. Our community also has an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub as well as work out facilities, tennis and pickle ball courts. Our home was built in 2004. BLM land with mountain biking and hiking trails are adjacent to our house.

St. George (Utah's Palm Springs) has become a year-round playground and getaway. Golf, Tennis, mountain biking, hiking, ATV riding and a myriad of other activities are readily available. Be sure to catch outdoor musical entertainment at the gorgeous red rock tuacahn Amphitheatre. St. George boasts some of the finest yet affordable golf courses in the state of Utah. Take in the world class scenery at Snow Canyon State Park (just 15 minutes from our house) and Zion National Park (50 minutes from our house), one of America's crown jewel parks. Ghost towns, historic sites and even dinosaur tracks are found throughout the area.

Other national parks within driving distance include Bryce National Park, Lake Powell and Grand Canyon.

The St. George quatic center is one of the finest in America. Recently St. George has spent 18+ million dollars on walking and biking paths which follow scenic courses along the Virgin River and toward Snow Canyon State Park.

Mesquite Nevada (known for its golfing) is just 35 minutes away through the scenic Virgin River gorge and Las Vegas Nevada is just 2 hours away. Places like Brian Head Ski and Summer resort, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon Nation Park and Lake Powell are within 1-3 hour drive. Whatever your purpose for visiting St. George, you will find it to be one of the most beautiful and friendly places you've ever experienced.
