Located in beautiiful, scenic Sedona with its famous red rock formations and over 50 hiking and mountain biking trails. Many art galleries and restaurants. About 2 hours from the Grand Canyon and 2 hours from Phoenix. There are also many Indian ruins and petroglyphs within an hour's drive.

House is right next to the National Forest, with many trails accessible out the back door! One acre property in the forested high desert (4500' elevation; 1372 meters). The weather is more temperate than many parts of Arizona. There are amazing views of the monolithic rock formations, Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte from the property. Large deck and patio; landscaped grounds.

House has large living room, and a large master bedroom with king size bed and a small den with twin beds. A car is essential to get around.
