LOCATION

Conveniently located in the golfing community of Rotonda West (just 10 mins from some of the most picturesque beaches of the Florida sun coast. The unspoilt Island of
Gasparilla and the exclusive community of Boca Grande with shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive with beautiful white sand beaches.

The Rotonda ommunity enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil. There is a wildlife reserve close by and many wild animals are spotted in the community including Alligators in the canals, Bob Cats, Wild Pigs.
Major shopping outlets are within a 30 minute drive and many local shopping areas within 10 mins.

There are several first-class golf courses in Rotonda and the house is very close to the first hole of the Long Meadow golf course.

The Rotonda area is ideal if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist areas such as Orlando(2 and a half hours north)
For cyclists/joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line that runs adjacent to Rotonda. 2 Bikes are available for use.
