Our sweet condo is located in the scenic Richardson (far north Dallas). Richardson is ranked one of the best and safest place to live.

The downstairs has a nice living area with fully equipped kitchen and a ½ bath. Walking up the stairs, there are 2 bedrooms separated by a shared full bath. The front bedroom has a walk-in closet and a view of the pool while the rear bedroom has a walk-in closet, an extra small closet, and a private sink. Reserved parking.

It is within short walking distance to shopping, a movie theater, restaurants, a park, etc. Within 10 minutes drive, there is everything to meet your every need. The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transport) Spring Valley Station is less than 5 minutes away and the rail system will take you directly to countless area attractions, including the Dallas Zoo, the Fair Park, the Eisemann Performance Center, Deep Ellum Historic District, etc. etc.
