HillyRidge Court is a 10 room 3286 sq ft house. Four bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. The large master bedroom has a Queen bed. The master bath has double sinks, a separate toilet, garden Jacuzzi tub and rain shower. This bathroom opens onto the deck so when getting out of the spa or pool you can go directly into the shower. Also on the main floor is a powder room, living room with wii, netflix, kids games and movies. The office has Wi-Fi, desk and a printer/scanner. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher and almost every small appliance a chef could ask for.
Located upstairs is the kids bedroom, it has two twin beds and its own bathroom. There is a large playroom with toys suitable for ages 2-7 and tons of books. It has a futon. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bath is located next to the art studio for easy clean up. The guest bed room has two closets and a two twin beds.
Outside is a large deck, in-ground saltwater pool, pergola and fire pit. We have an acre lot lined with woods so its hard to see the neighbors. There is also a trampoline and play set.
Conveniently located 5 min from the grocery store, and 10 min to tons of restaurants and Wal-Mart. Raleigh is an easy 20 min away. The closest airport RDU is 40 min away, just down HWY 40.
Wilmington beach is 1 ½ hours away. Lake Benson is 15 min away. Lake Wheeler Park is 20 min. Tucker Lake (great swimming) is 30 min. Clemmons Educational State Forest is 20 min (lots of fun if you have kids! They have talking trees). William B. Umstead State Park (with 5,439 acres offers camping, canoe and rowboat rentals, bicycling, education and events, exhibit hall, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, non-profit-group lodge and cabin rentals, mountain biking and picnicking) is 40 min.
Tons of shopping including my favorite The Carolina Premium Outlets with 80 outlet stores is 30 min south. All the state museums including The North Carolina Museum of Art is 30 min. The North Carolina Museum of History, North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, Marbles Kid's Museum and IMAX are 25 min.
Wilmington beach in an hour and a half.
