Located at 22 miles from Philadelphia and at 81 miles from New York city our beautiful contemporary style home is in a ideal location for those of you who would like to visit the east cost of United States.
The house is in a beautiful, quiet and very safe neighborhood surrounded by wooded land. It is a two story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and with large eat in kitchen, dining, living and family rooms downstairs. One of the bedrooms is converted into home office that is why we listed the house with 3 bedrooms only. The house also has an attached sun room with Jacuzzi hot tub, a deck with a large cooking grill and even a finished basement. Our backyard is an outdoor entertaining wonder with a large in-ground swimming pool, beautiful landscape, large fish pond with waterfalls, stone patio, swing set and even a hammock for you to relax by the waterfalls. There is wireless high speed internet throughout the house. This is a very clean non smoking home with no indoor pets allowed but outdoor pets are welcomed as long as they are not allowed in the swimming pool. The backyard is enclosed buy a PVC fence.
It’s a 35 minutes drive to Philadelphia downtown and one hour and 20 minutes to Manhattan, NY city. The train station to Philadelphia is only 5 minutes drive and the train ride is about 30 minutes.
The train station to New York city is 20 minutes drive and the train ride from there to Manhattan is about one hour. The New Jersey shore is about one hour drive and Atlantic city is about one hour and 30 minutes drive from our house.
