We are a family of four (two very well-behaved children, 5 and 8, fluent in Spanish) looking to exchange our home in Philadelphia for yours somewhere interesting in the world. Our home is large, full of old-world charm, and is centrally located in a lively and walkable neighborhood full of great restaurants, markets, shopping and more. Easy access to all historic sites, many arts institutions, and major universities. No need for a car here. Also -- New York and Washington DC are easily accessible by bus or train.
