We live in a bright, new house with lovely tile floors, new appliances and fixtures. There is a pool and bocce ball court 3 minutes walk away. We are about 15 minutes drive from the ocean and an hour from mountains. Wonderful outdoor weather year round - we never have to use heating or air conditioning. It is really a nice house in north San Diego, with great southern California culture in a peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors.

We are interested in long term exchanges with people in the Copenhagen, Denmark area. Available April 1 for 6+ months.
