Great Location. Easy access to NYC. Quiet house on beautiful tree lined street. 15 min from New York City by bus or car. Stunning NYC views from corner of street. Bus stop to NYC on corner with buses every few min. Walking distance to great and inexpensive restaurants.
Large master bedroom suite with large private bath and jaccuzi.Laundry room. WiFi, two cable tvs, ac. possible use of car. large scenic park 3 min walk. great for kids and pets. (tennis courts and basket ball, soccer field in park). House comes with back yard, outdoor funiture and grill for bbq.

We felt at home

This was mutually our first exchange.
We exchanged Houses and cars.
The house was very near Manhatten, as described. So actually it is a private house in NYC with the additional benefits of living in NJ (Lower prices, Shopping with a car etc.)
The house is fully furnished and has more rooms than we needed. The view of NYC is stunning and people from NY come to the vicinity for photo shooting of the skyline.
The landlords are very nice couple with whom we will gladly exchange again.
