We are within an hours drive of the exquisite "Schweitzer Ski Resort" in Sandpoint, Idaho that offers gorgeous Lake Pend Oreille views from the slopes and 25 minutes to "49 degrees North" ski area in Chewelah, WA and "Mount Spokane" ski area. Our home offers PRIVACY and is just a 1/4 mile walk from a local restaurant/mini mart/bar. Come, enjoy our nice LAKEFRONT home. Just expanded in 2006, our home offers nice, updated and NEW furnishings and amenities throughout. We sit on a 100 foot primary waterfront lot--but our home is so private it's almost like you are on your own island. Wintertime offers almost complete privacy for a cozy stay. Enjoy flannel sheets, gorgeous lake views, and a winter wonderland is created when the lake freezes over...and our western exposure offers gorgeous sunset views each evening. We are just 6 miles to the Idaho border and on the "dry side of Washington state." Our climate is not like Seattle, and we do not have the rain that they receive.
