I would like to swap my bright, cozy, clean, quiet one bedroom apartment located on 99th St. and Lexington Avenue in Manhattan for a place in MONTREAL from June 26th to July 7th. It is for me, my friend and her teenage son. The building is very quiet and safe, and is located at the corner of 99th St. and Lexington Avenue, three blocks from the 96th St. station of the 6 subway line (rated the best subway line in New York). The apartment is only one flight up and it has one bedroom with a queen size bed, LED HDTV Smart TV, DVD player, and a small desk with a chair; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; a kitchen with a dining table and everything you could need to cook and eat; a living room with a full size futon sofa bed, etc.; and a small studio with a desk and the closet. Both the bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room are very comfortable. There is WiFi and cable TV. The apartment is very clean and cozy, and has lots of windows with southern exposure, which makes it very bright. You will find sheets, towels and everything you will need for your stay. It is very close to Central Park, the museum mile, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, laundromat and everything else that you could need. The maximum capacity is three people. There is no smoking in the apartment.
