I live in a store. It's my store and I love it, but not everyone will. I make decorative art in the back and I sell it in the front. I'm 65 and recently recovered from cancer and chemo and lost my wife last year. I live with a cute little bitch--Dottie the rat terrier. NOLA is worth researching. It is America's fun town. Best music in the world.
Great buses and street cars. The store sells little, but you can work it and cut money with me if you want. Let's talk. If you like clubs, great music, a river boat, etc. google NOLA. I live very perimitively, but it is fun. You only live once but that's enough if you do it right.
