We own one of the very few condominiums on
Bourbon St in New Orleans, La. It is a terrific unit: The Condo (circa 1830) has a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. It has 3 bed rooms with two of the bedrooms opening onto a balcony overlooking Bourbon St. It has a kitchenette, bath, and huge living/dinning room. The condo has central air/ heat, 12' high ceilings and is furnished with antiques. It is 1200 square feet and also has a charming courtyard to relax in. You don't have to make the swap at the same time if you don't want to as the Condo is not our primary residence. |
