Adorable and comfortable house with two bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room, patio, a massive yard and beautiful gardens with seating areas. Quite and safe neighborhood all within walking distance to downtown Milwaukee, beautiful and massive Lake Michigan, and hip Brady Street which is filled with boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Milwaukee is located in the midwest of the US, 1.5 hours by car or train to downtown Chicago as well as direct and inexspensive daily flights to NYC ($200US).
It is a welcoming city (known for its friendly people) with the world's largest music festivle which begins the end of June and goes for two weeks (Summerfest). Because we have cold, long winters, summertime is explosive with an array of things to do. There are ethnic festivles every weekend, Jazz in the park every Thursday (within walking distance), every Wed. different bands in another park (walking distance), organized bike rides or bike the trails on the lake, theater outside, Caltrava's Museum, water sports, etc. etc.
Instead of going to a big dirty city try Milwaukee, it's an easy city with everything at your finger tips (approx. 600,000 people central, 1.7 millon metropolitan area) and you will leave with the all American experience!
I am the owner of a restaurant and a lounge so I have lots of connections and networking opportunities available if you're interested. I also have biycles, a motorcyle (550 cafe style) and a SUV Pathfinder I would consider making available as well as camping gear if you choose to head out into the country. The National Forests are unbelievable and there are great rivers with sanddunes for secluded camping.
