Our very large home is located across the Indian River with an awesome view of the river and has a dock where you can watch dolphins playing in the river or fish for your evening dinner! It has everything you will need in the house, including wifi etc. It also has a swimming pool. Car exchange possible. The villa is located in the most expensive area of Merritt Island, between the Banana and Indian River. Cocoa Beach and the Pier (surfing!!) is about a 10 minutes drive, Kennedy Space Center at 15 minutes. Orlando is about a 45 minute drive (where all the fun parks are at i.e. Disney, Universal, Legoland etc. and all the outlet malls for lots of cheap shopping).
