Our Colorado house is a large, 4 BR 5 Bath (three kings/one queen), recently updated tudor house on the side of the mountain, overlooking Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain, and 'high above the city' views.

This is a second home, so has lots of availability, and is never rented, but is commonly used for ministry purposes.

The house sits on a large, two acre lot, and has amazing day and nighttime views from every vantage point, with two stories of balconies, and three levels of space, including workout room and large movie/playroom with pool table.


Our Neighborhood

This home overlooks Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is located high up the mountain in a gated community. Manitou is known for its quirky granola environment, art galleries, restaurants and quaint small town feel. It sits at the feet of Pikes Peak, and contains several castles, MANY bed and breakfasts, and small, winding roads to historical properties.

In the other direction, this home overlooks the Garden of the Gods, which makes for some AMAZING sunsets on the Garden. Pikes Peak frames the western outlook of the house, and is stunning as the sun rises.

Lots of wonderful, tiny and original restaurants and funky shopping close by in Manitou and Old Colorado City, the original gold mining city which once served as Colorado's capitol city. Hiking and biking is ubiquitous, amazing, beautiful and varied. Suggested hikes and rides are available in 'house information' , as we are avid hikers/cyclists.

Close by are the Air Force Academy, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak (the only driveable 14,000 foot peak in Colorado), the Pikes Cog Railway (which takes you straight up Pikes Peak in a rail car), the U.S. Olympic Training Center (with daily tours), Garden of the Gods (Colorado's most visited park), and the Broadmoor Hotel (historic 5 star Inn--WORTH the visit!).
