Lovely family friendly 3 bedroom house (2x King, 1x twin also cotbed available for children up to 3yrs old). Open plan living space with a very decent sized kitchen and Grill in the yard. off street parking for up to three cars.

Gorgeous garden with fruit trees, lovely and safe neighbourhood 15min drive from Santa Monica beach, 10mins from freeways taking you to everywhere LA has to offer. Short drive from Griffin Park and great hiking - very mixed cosmopolitan area! Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and farmers markets in walking distance.

Good access to the only buses that work well in LA as well (we usually bus it down to the beach rather than drive)
