Beautifully landscaped grounds, front porch with mountain views, appx. 200 meters to Potomac River, 150 meters to historic C&O Canal and Towpath, .75 kilometers from Appalachian Trail. Too many local U.S. historic sites to list. Within 5 miles of horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing and river tubing rentals.

House is appx. 1700 sq. ft., indoor/outdoor cat lives in house. Wi-fi in-house, 4 bikes available for use.

Will consider making car available if you provide one for us on your end.

Wife: professional photographer and real estate agent.
Husband: IT specialist on Capitol Hill for the U.S. Congressional Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. We have not traveled much and have a beautiful 1-year-old daughter who doesn't let us get out on our own much anymore.

Seeking a week, possibly two, exchange for a nice vacation. Would need at least 2 months advance notice, unless it's August when Congress is in recess. Then we can be more flexible.
