Does not have to be simultaneous exchange. This is our primary residence so we would either need to work dates out or you could stay at our place anytime if you dont mind sharing with us. We have hosted many couples and individuals like this. Rest assured you will have your own space as your private room and private bathroom is secluded.

We have 2 cats that are absolutely awesome. We are very meticulous about our cleaning as Jon is allergic to cats. Plus we are just neat freaks, so not cat smell in our house. Our cats are also toilet trained, so you would never have to mess with litter box cleaning if we were to do a home trade.

We have bikes, boogie board, snorkel gear, camping gear all available if you would like it. We are stocked full of party games and DVDs.
