Exchange Zones

Home is 1300 sq ft. Has three bedrooms, but one is set up as an office. We have DirecTV service in the living room, Master and second bedroom. Master BR has a Queen-size bed, second bedroom has a double bed. Master Bath has a jacuzzi tub for one. We do have Wi-Fi in the home. The house sits on a hill, on the edge of a small town, looking toward the Black Hills. Home has central A/C and heat, also a gas fireplace. We have a 2-car garage. Two decks, with one offering a beautiful view of the Hills. There is a Drive-In Movie Theatre down the hill from the house that shows first-run movies. You can see the screens from the house. Located only 20 miles from Mt Rushmore and 10 from Custer State Park, and its wildlife. Located 50 miles from the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally location that takes place each August. Badlands National Park, Spearfish Canyon, and old Deadwood are some of the local attractions. Exchange can come with a car exchange also if yours does. The nearest large town, Rapid City, 14 miles, is nearly 70,000 population.

We do not have a land-line phone in the house, as we both use cell phones.
