We would like to trade our house in Hailey Idaho USA for a house in Melbourne, Australia in November 2008 for at least six months, possibly more. Hailey, Idaho is a town with area airline service located 12 miles south of world famous Sun Valley Idaho Ski and Recreation Area in the Idaho Rocky Mountains. Your potential home for the winter is a three block walk from a thriving main street of restaurants, library, theater, bars and bus stops to Ketchum and Sun Valley and shopping. A thousand yards west flows the Big Wood River, a beautiful and well known catch and release trout fishing river, with access and walking trails along the river. The house is a large new two story with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and separate office and craft library. It is comfortably heated by hydronic floor heat in the mostly tile floors. Eight people would be comfortably accommodated for short durations, but we think it would be luxuriously comfortable for a medium to large family. Surrounded by many trees the yard is partially landscaped with flowers and lawn portions, automatic sprinkling system, and elevated deck. The cement driveway leads to an attached two car garage with workshop space.
